What Causes Strange Feeling In Stomach With Abdominal And Chest Pain?

For about the past 15 years I wake up at 3 AM (at about 6 hours of sleep) with a vibrating feeling in my stomach. Over the next hour or two it turns into an ache in my abdomen and chest. It gets to the point my whole body hurts. Its gotten more frequent from two or three times a week to every day for the last 6 months. I have been in daily psychoanalysis for 10 years and taken about 8 different anti anxiety anti depressants trying to deal with this. It's always about after 6 hours of sleep. Could this be biological in some way?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the description, provided clinical examination and supportive parameters of evaluation have eliminated organic causes, this sounds to be a systemic manifestation of underlying stress and anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
