What Causes Stomach Upset And White Stool?

My 11 year old has been having stomach upset while/ and immediately after eating.. He is a diabetic type 1 with celiac Disease on a gluten free diet for over 2 years.. Yesturday he passed clay/ white stool. I am worried and wondering if we should go to the ER.

dear stomach upset maybe common after eating spicy or oily food.but clay colour stools you have to take in consideration. in diabetic probably secondary to gallstones (common in diabetes), viral hepatitis, biliary structures,sclerosing colongitis etc... please consult gastroenterologist and get it done one ultrasound abdomen,stool examination, liver function tests. he will treat you accordingly.
