If I were your doctor, I would advise you to get her urine tested for routine/microscopic and culture sensitivity test to rule out an unsuspected urinary tract infection, and treat the same with appropriate antibiotics which would cure her condition. If inconclusive, I would advise for an ultrasound of abdomen and if need be, an opinion from a gastroenterologist to rule out any intra abdominal pathology. Also, I would advise her not to go for any food from outside to avoid any intestinal infection creeping in causing abdominal pain.
