What Causes Stomach Pain Post Dengue?

I was hospitalized because of dengue. Few days after I discharged from the hospital I felt completely recovered and regained my strength. However, one week later, I've felt slight pain in my stomach again (feeling of being full), slightly shaking and tired. Do i need to go back to my doctor? What i'm doing right now is to drink lots of water and eat nutritious food. What is this that I am feeling? Do i need to take some medication for this? Please advice. Thank you. --from the Philippines.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Once you have recovered from dengue, if there is pain in abdomen , feeling of being full, shaking and tired, you are advised to visit the Doctor urgently.
I would advise you the following:
Urgent Examination by a Doctor ,
Investigations of the blood , urine and stool as per the clinical findings;
Appropriate treatment- symptomatic, supportive and specific according to the reports.
