What Causes Stomach Pain, Digestion Issue And Dizziness?

Hi Dr,
I have hypothiroide and since many month I have digestion issue and feeling tiered nd feeling dizziness too.Dr said my thiroide is normal. So not getting what to do? Stomach related reports comes normal but then to all time getting stomach pain too much hair loss
