hi please help me i have been getting belly pain for 6 mouths now but i all so have had constipation on and off and i just thought that was normal so eneyway now i am getting bright red blood in my stool and sharp pains in my belly and anul and now i feel really poorly and i am burning up and very shivery i dont no what to do could you help me doctor please
