What Causes Stomach Cramping And Dizziness During Period?
so I just started my period this morning, and throughout the day my cramps were worsening. I threw up 3 times and got really hot and red...And was drenched in sweat. I couldn t stand the pain. I was dizzy and felt like passing out..I couldnt walk or talk cause of all the pain. Is this normal?
You seem to be a teenager. Such painful menstruation is sometimes known in teenagers. Severe pain during menses does lead to vomiting, diarrhoea, etc. Some pain killer like Meftal may help you. If needed, you may have hot fomentations over the lower abdomen. You should drink plenty of oral rehydration solution during this phase. If such simple remedies do not give you relief, you may take cyclical birth control pills for about three months which will give you relief from the pain.
It is a good option to report to your Gynaecologist to rule out any organic cause.
I hope this helps you.
