What Causes Sticky Moist Groin Area With Burning Pain In Urethra?
I have a very sticky moist groin area, its been going on for about 2-3 months. Doctor said fungusl infection but creams ate not working. Also have a burning pain in urethra wich urologist said was prostate infection. All started about same time. What else could it be.
Hi...I believe that u have the same problems which ur doctor pointed out. For fungal infection in groin, continue cream, sprinkle antifungal powder to keep the area dry, wear loose undergarments and pants. U will be fine iba week or so. For urinary tract infection, get urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB. Treat ur infection with culture sensitive antibiotic. If ultrasound shows any other associated pathology like stone disease, it should be taken care of. For prostatitis u may add Tamsulosin 0.4mg. This will also help.
