What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Abdomen?

i have just been rx'd adderrall 20 mg b.i.d. about 8 days ago.. i have had no side effects at all, and the medication has worked as prescribed. however, today, I took the rx, and no other meds, and i'm having major lower stomach pains. It isn't diarahhea because I have tried to go.. I am wondering if there is any otc medicines that i can take that will numb my stomach, that aren't anti-diarhheals or for gas, because i dont have either.. just stabbing pains. thank you
