Her symptoms may be related to a gastro intestinal disorder ( esophagitis or esophageal spasms), or an allergic reaction the drink. I recommend bringing her to the ER as soon as possible and perform a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, a chest x ray. An immediate treatment may be necessary in case of an allergic reaction. Further blood lab tests like: complete blood count, fasting sugar, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests and a GI endoscopy may be necessary to establish the possible cause.
