What Causes Sporadic Thyroid Gland Pain After Taking Flomist?

I am 29, 1.7 m, 70 kg and have been using flomist to treat Post Nasal Drip as was prescribed by my Doctor. The thing is I am now having sporadic thyroid gland pain and I am not sure if it has to do with the treatment because it does not appear as known side effect of Flomist. Please help!

I have gone carefully through your report.I want to know did you have any pain in your thyroid gland before used it?
Did you have in your family thyroid problems?
About Nasal Spary Flomist as side effect have:difficult breathing, or swelling of you face, lips, tngue or throat.etc Your symptoms is not side effect of Flomist
About your symptoms i is persisten cheek your blood Tsh ,T3,T4 and scan the gl thyroid,
