What Causes Sporadic Pain And Discomfort Under Right Breast?

I m having some discomfort under my rt breast in the area of my ribs, somewhat like neuralgia and occasionally extends to an area coinciding to a location to my rib cage on my back. Skin is sensitive and sporadic pain, not strong, just every now and then a little sharp tinge.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Most probably it will be a nonspecific mastalgia arising out of hormonal changes.

If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
