Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Sperm leakage during urination occurs when semen is ejaculated via
urinary bladder. Sometimes, this can occur due to excessive production of semen which passes to urinary bladder upon non-utilization by
masturbation or sex.
This problem decreases when you regularly masturbate or have sex. Sperm leakage during urination is not a matter of concern if semen comes from penis during masturbation or sex.
If semen does not come after ejaculation then this problem is more serious and requires
medical help. Normally, the sphincter of the bladder contracts before ejaculation forcing the semen to exit via the
urethra, the path of least resistance.
Failure of sphincter causes semen to pass into bladder during ejaculation and this can cause
infertility as well. Refer to a physician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
