What Causes Sore Throat And Pain Upon Swallowing Food?

I have a sore throats and it hurts to swallow. I think it s just pharyngitis, but I took a picture of the back of my throats and it had bumps? I guess I m looking for more information about possible causes and if someone could take a look at the pictures

I have been through your question.
Related your concern I think this could be acute tonsillitis or strep throat but I need more information to say if this is viral or bacterial. Of course I need to take a look at your picture to define better the diagnosis. Usually when we see swollen tonsils with white or yellow coating points on it, we think for bacterial cause ( most common streptococcus). So, what I suggest for you is to do a physical examination by an ENT doctors or Infectious diseases specialist, rapid strep throat or throat culture , and to start a treatment with local antiseptic and if it is a bacterial tonsillitis with antibiotic (amoxicillin or ampicillin).
