What Causes Sore Mouth,hives On The Body And Joint Pain?

my wife got hives two days ago after having sore mouth with white bumps. Then that went away and she now has hives, joint pain every once in a while and very foul mouth odor. everything i have found points to a viral infection. What is causing this all of a sudden

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The foul odour would be related to the lesions in her mouth, she may want to try an oral antiseptic solution such as chloroseptic to see if this helps.

Joint pain can occur with viral infection but hives are not common. They are normally indicative of an allergic reaction.
The use of an antihistamine would be helpful for the hives and she can consider acetaminophen for the pain.

She may need to be assessed by her doctor.
