What Causes Small Dark Spots On Buttocks,thigh And Knee?
I have many small dark brown spots on my butt and spread until certain area of thigh. The area of small dark brown spots also appear at certain area around my knee, arm and the back of my body. Now my wrist also developing the same dark brown spots. Why is this happen?

Go with some blood test PBF, Platelet, CBC, that will tell more accurately unless you have fever and rash most common is viral fevers! Consult me with pics and temp, and any other finding it may be simple pigmentation too.
