What Causes Shortness Of Breath?
hi docter...im actually experiancing shortness of breath. I also suffered from panic attacks about a month ago...today after my lunch i started experiancing shortness of breath but no sign of panic attack,So im confused what it is...also i live in a flat where there is not much ventilation and most of my time i stay indoors...so could u find out what is the cause for this problem?

Your symptoms are related to anxiety.Get an ECG,2D Echo,chest x ray and lung function tests.get arterial blood gas analysis..if everything normal you need not worry,anxiolytics will help.consult your doctor for expert mnagement.thankyou
