What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Stomach Bloating ?
I am feeling very strange in these days. agitated, short of breath, today I had a moment when my legs was shaking and hands and feet were freezing cold. I am feeling blotting. Not feeling very happy. I know I am bit stress with my study, I do not know what is cause of my problem.

Typical history of anxiety and depression, better to get out this condition, I advise you to come out of this condition without the antipsychiatric drugs and you can do this, just need to do few things, and that is,,, Exercise, yoga, meditation, good sleep of seven hours, healthy diet, build up self confidence, be positive and practical, every thing would be fine soon, take care.
