i have been getting the following for 2 days now:
shivering, feeling very cold at all times however body temp is hot.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have shivering, dry cough and sorethroat which seems to be due to severe upper respiratory tract infection/ viral infection. I would suggest you to take throat lozenges along with nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication Levocitrizine . Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get blood investigation, X-ray chest and paranasal sinus x-ray done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids. You should take steam inhalation on daily basis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
