What Causes Shivering And Lower Back Pain?
Feel a bit shivery in my skin and had a low back ache which is worse when I stretch forward and backwards or bend. I even have an ache in my lower gum although visited the dentist and had all clear a few weeks ago. May be muscular due to laying in a sunbed or a virus moving around my body? Thank youm

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are due to tense condition and this could be anxiety and depression better to come out of this, and for that try some exercise, yoga, meditation, have enough of sleep, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
