What Causes Sharp/intermittent/painful Lump In Belly Button/ribcage When Having Controlled High BP?

I have a sharp, intermittent pain left side of tummy button which radiates round left side of rib cage. I can also feel a Pea sized lump at site of pain I am. Healthy 69 year old female, well controlled high blood pressure and recently diagnosed with mild Angina

Pressure and angina are closely related and need follow up with your Cardiologist
The lump is totally unrelated to them – get examined by a Surgeon. The sure way is excision and biopsy
