What Causes Shakiness In Hands And Legs With Severe Internal Bleeding?

My dad is 73 he is experiencing shaking hands and legs feels weak also feels dizzy and tired. He has in the past had pulmonary embolisms and an ulcer that caused severe internal bleeding. I have told him to call the doctors but he hasn't done so. What do you think it could be.
