Hello!
I have been through your question.
Related your concern I think these are vaginitis symptoms .Vaginitis is a medical term used to describe various disorders that cause infection or inflammation of the vagina and can result from an infection caused by organisms such as bacteria, yeast, or viruses as well as using some creams and even clothing that are in contact with this area . In some cases, vaginitis can result from organisms that are passed between sexual partners and from vaginal dryness and lack of estrogen.A vaginal discharge that has an odor or that is irritating usually ( as you have) is considered an abnormal discharge. The most common types of vaginitis are candida (yeast) vaginitis (but usually it has cottage discharge with no odor), bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, chlamydia or gonorrhea. According your symptoms (yellowish with bad odor discharge) I think the most possible is trichomoniasis but what I suggest for you is doing a physical examination by a doctor, vaginal swab to exclude the other pathology (bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia and gonorrhea) and discharge culture to do a differential diagnosis and to take the right medications.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
