What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain Post Intercourse?

hi i m a 98 pound girl dating a 220 pound guy and we ve been having sex for a year and earlier today we did and as soon as we were done i started experiencing the WORST pains in my life. my uterus feels like it s about to explode. it feels like period cramps times 10. it s been an hour and it hasn t gone away yet even with the help of pain meds. i m just looking for answers because it is unbearable. is there something wrong with me? thanks

The pain could result from pressure on the ovaries, a possible cyst which could be tense and so on. You need immediate assistance since the pain is severe and not relieved with medication. You need a sonogram of the pelvis to know the status of the pelvic organs. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
