What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Having The History Of Ovarian Cysts?

Hello, I have a history of ovarian cysts since my first pregnancy. After my second pregnancy they became more frequent so I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. The large cysts always seem to occur on my left ovary and several times have ruptured leaving me with severe pain. My doc would treat me with birth control pills and a higher dose ibuprofen. Recently I have new symptoms such as fatigue, indigestion and weight gain along with the normal pain symptoms. I went to see my doc and he had retired which I was not aware of. The new doc gave me a pelvic exam and tested me for a UTI and said she may send me to urologist. That was a week ago and still have not heardresults. She did not even view my past history record nor did she listen to me. What should I do now? I m in severe pain.
