What Causes Severe Itchy Skin Rashes All Over The Body After An Ant Bite?

Hi, We went outside for a trip. Some ant has bitten on my wife body then she feels starts itching on whole body and red rashes start appearing..She is feeling so much itching.. bcz of this it is spreading on her whole body..? What can we do in this situation? Can we take avil in this case??
