I am 36, 5'4" and weigh 148 lbs. I have been battling what my doctor has told me is female jock itch for over three months now. It is localized but not going away. I have used the lotion and powder she gave me but to no avail. I am wondering if it is something else. It is itchy, blister like hard bumps that scab up and get crusty like. Sometimes I itch it so bad I itch the scabs off and it starts all over. I am married and my husband kinda got what looked like actual jock itch a few days after we were intimate. He put the lotion on and it was gone in a few days! What is wrong with me? Could I have a skin infection?
