About a year ago I started with intense anal/peri rectal itching. I've tried everything over the counter as well as talking to my primary care MD. I've tried hydrocortizone, suppositories, creams, powder, etc. I can remember the day it started. I was out sitting in the yard with my kids at thier toddler pool. I was also in my swim suit. I have a hx of eczma so that's how my MD has been treating it. I've tried fungal cream, steriodial creams, even questioned pin worms and it's so bad I sometimes have to ice it at night. No one else in my house is suffering from any symptoms. It flairs up at all hours of the day, what else can I do and what could it be?
