What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body With No Rashes?

I HAVE SEVERE ITCHING AND BURNING ALL OVER MY UPPER BODY. IT MOVES ARROUND FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER . IT ALL STARTED WHEN I ELIMINATED MOST OF THE SALT FROM MY DIET. DID THAT BECAUSE OF CHF. I LOST 15 LBS AND SWELLING IN MY FEET AND ANKLES WITHIN FOUR WEEKS. THAT ALL BEGAN 10 WEEKS AGO. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP. I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND AGITATED. I HAVE BEEN TO A DERMATOLOGIST. EVERYTHING WAS FINE NO RASH. PCP THINKS IT MAY BE ALLERGIES. we have tried changing meds except for LOSARTAN, DILITIAZEM AND PRADAXA

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Take an anti-inflammatory medication such as Zyrtec once a day.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Apply cold compresses to reduce the itchiness and inflammation.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Avoid touching or pricking rashes and apply calamine lotion to soothe them.
- Avoid application of any hard cosmetics.

You should consult a dermatologist for proper examination Doctor may order skin patch test, blood test, test for allergy and physical examination. The doctor may prescribe corticosteroid ointment, antibiotics, along with anti-inflammatory medications.
