Hi,

The primary impression of the symptoms is allergic rash... allergy/exposure to itching skin infection like scabies are the two possibilities I can think of.

You may get allergic to anything not yet established... mostly something being handled/used externally (cosmetics)/medicine or eaten (allergy can develop to anything which was inert before.

I would suggest for an allergy medication like cetirizine over the counter & Caladryl lotion.

In case there is no relief in 3 days/the symptoms exaggerate/you have a history of contact with itching patient, you should visit a skin specialist for direct examination, diagnosis and specific treatment for scabies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
