What Causes Severe Itchiness And Open Sores On The Leg?

I have got itching symptoms mostly on my legs which result in open sores. I am going abroad in 4 weeks time and even though I use factor 30 I get terrible prickly heat which causes similar symptoms of itching and open sores. I take anti hystemine tablets which don t help at all.

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
