What Causes Severe Dizziness After Taking Lisinopril?

last night i had insomnia and did not sleep at all. this is not unusual, but i got dizzy in bed and also when i would get up to go to the bathroom. this morning i only took lisinopril not the atenenol but later this morning i felt dizzy again. i finally thought to take my blood pressure and it was 104 over 48. i drank some coke and ate something salty but i m still alittle light headed and my blood pressure is now 116 over 68. what should i do?

Hello,

You need to change the actual dosage of Lisinopril. Should schedule an appointment with a cardiologist and run a couple of cardiac check-ups (EKG, Echocardiogram, stress test).

Meanwhile, do monitor your blood pressure and record the results for reference.
