H iu, maswer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have been using laxitives for about a year or so now and i have decided to stop, my bowel movements havent returned back to normal. I was suggested to use psyllium husk tablets to help me, do u think this is a good idea? if so how long should i take them for? i dont want to my life to be over run by tablets will there be a point where i can stop taking them?
