What Causes Severe Cold In An Infant While Giving Nan-Pro-2?

hello doctor,my baby is 6 months and 17 days old and is feeding nan pro 2. he is now having heavy cold and my pead has recommended the nan lo lac. I cannot understand the significance of it. can we continue the nan pro 2 or should we take up the pead s recommendation? kindly help..

Hi,

It is not related to nanapro. Most probably it will be a common cold or URTI. As of now do tepid sponging with tap fever. You can give paracetamol syrup in case of fever. If symptoms persist better to consult a pediatrician and start antibiotics.
