What Causes Severe Burping?
Hi,have severe burping 50-100 per day minimum...and gas accumulation near chest and heart area..and on d back...face burpinng more during post lunch...doctors say no need to worry...i am 31 years old....had lot of stress and no food timing last 4 month...what is d cause and solution to it...

Hello,
Swallowing air may cause burping frequently. Drink always with your lips in touch with a glass. Eat and swallow slowly after full chewing of food.
Avoid stress and stress-related activities. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. You may use gasex tablet twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
