I had an abortion on the 26 of December and the bleeding came for 8 days during this time I went for ultrasound and they said everything is okay. That the abortion was successful. But my concern is that I eat a lot and add weight to my stomach... So, can I start fitness? Thanks
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Since you had a sonogram that confirmed the completion of the process of abortion, you need not worry any more. You have to wait for a minimum period of two weeks if you wish to start weight training, and that too, under surveillance. Meanwhile, you can manage your weight through diet control. Eat small portions frequently. Avoid fast foods, sweets, aerated drinks and oily fried items. Increase fiber, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Adequate hydration is necessary. Use contraception if you do not wish to conceive now. Hope this helps.
Take care
