I was taking Mononessa for two months but stopped due to breast tenderness. Three days ago I started Sprintec. I've been lashing out at my friends, gotten sporadic headaches, today my gums bled for three minutes straight and I sat blood until cold water stopped the bleeding and now (third pill) I'm shaking, I'm nauseous, my stomach hurts terribly above my belly button and radiates outward. I feel like I need to puke and can't. As it stands, it's not bad enough to go to the hospital, but anymore symptoms tonight and I'll be on my way. QUESTION: what is the difference between severe abdominal pain / nausea VERSUS severe symptoms that require hospitalization? For instance, coughing up blood is an obvious turning point, but what comes before that?
