What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding After Having Intercourse?

I am suppose to start my period any day now. I just had sex and right afterwards I got the worst cramps I ever felt and started bleeding (not spotting). I have pcos. Is it related to cysts? Or can sex make period cramps worse? Could it be an early sign of pregnancy? I m in so much pain.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

PCOS can lead irregular menstrual period and heavy period...

If needed for PCOS birth control pill or antiandrogen might be prescribed...

If you are obese than loose weight...
Regular exercise done....

Rough sex can sometime lead pelvic pain .....
Your pelvic examination should also done and if needed STD ruled out by swab..
If needed PAP smear can be taken...

USG done for further work up...

Take care..

Advise : gynecologist consultaion for examination....

Hope this will help
