Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. as per your query you have symptoms of ringing and popping in ears, sound sensitivity and dizziness, the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards injury to nerve endings in the middle ear. There can be many causes for nerve damage like :
- exposure to loud sound.
- due to certain medicines like anti inflammatory.
- allergy.
- sinusitis.

For now avoid loud sound, exercise for half an hour daily (light walk) , reduce intake of tea and coffee and try to keep stress level low. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order blood test , CT scan , MRI or hearing test like audiogram. If there is infection of middle ear or sinusitis then doctor may prescribe antibiotics .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
