What Causes Right Testicle Pain And Numbness?

for about a week, I have had intermittent pain and numbness in my right testicle. It seems to go away with pressure or when I exert myself exercising-it becomes sharp stabbing when I sit for long periods of time-do you have any idea of the cause or remedy? thanks

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The causes of such a intermittent pain and numbness in the right testicle can be due to the following reasons:
Varicocele
Epididymal block
Epididymo-orchitis
Internal cyst and so on.
This can be diagnosed only on:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist and ultrasonography of the scrotum and abdomen with color doppler mode too.
The treatment will be curative in some diseases if operated correctly. And there may be a need for a long course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines if there is a medical reason for the pain.
Get going for an early proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
