What Causes Right-sided Body Pain And Fever After Falling?

I fell about 5 weeks ago ever since the first fall I have fallen 4 more times. I have had sharp pain in my right side and fever of 101. Lymphoids behind my ears are very swollen. I have pain in all my joints and I m so uncomfortable sleeping I wake up hurting more.

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
I dont think that these symptoms are related to this fall. You probably have some systemic viral infection and this may be a flu or ebstein bar virus infection. You obviously have systemic lymphadeopathy and you need to do blood test to isolate possible infectious cause. Fever should be managed with paracetamol or ibuprofen 3x400mg. Also, you need to have plenty of fluids and have vitamin C supplements.
