What Causes Restlessness During Nights Despite Taking Losartan And Zoloft?

I take losartan and Zoloft but have been restless at night and then sluggish during works hours in the day. I am currently taking both meds at night. Is there a more preferred way to take them? Do they have to be taken at the same time or perhaps separately is better?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have restlessness during nights despite taking Losartan and Zoloft . The symptoms you mention in query can probably occur due to sleep apnea . Well I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper evaluation of report ,without any delay because sleep apnea sometimes leads to heart attack . Doctor may recommend CPAP machine to correct the problem. I would suggest you to

- Along with CPAP machine your should do light exercises.
- Also use humidifier along with CPAP machine , which will mosite the air and prevent the mucosa from drying .
- Control your diet and lose some weight.
- Start do light exercises like yoga and meditation.
- Try on sleep on side .

Do not ignore this problem as sleeping apnea can lean to heart attack . The symptoms can also occur due to side effects of certain medicine as you mention in query , so also consult concern doctor and discuss the condition .
