General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for your daughter's illness.

Reduced urine out put is due to dehydration caused by fever.
Give her plenty of oral fluids, Paracetamol syrup every 6-8 hrs, & tepid sponging SOS.
If the fever does not subside and the urine out put continues to be low, get her examined by a child specialist for proper clinical evaluation as she may need a course of antibiotic if it is due to infection and IV fluids if dehydration is moderate to severe.

Hope to have answered your query.
