I am 27 years old. I always develop fever followed by reddish painful and very itching sores near the head of my penis. with in few hours the same effect spread to around my anus. Reddish itching and painful patches also appear in my left hand palm, my left hand foot and inside my left hand nose. The fast time it appeared i was was tested for syphilis and HIV which were negative. The doctor gave me 10 gentamycin injections and amoxycillin capsules. After 2 years the problem has occurred again. This time the pain is worse. My anus is like has been burnt with hot liquid. This time have been tested blood sugar and FBC for which i don't know what it even means. I have been given Neuroton,Ebastine, preduisolon and hydrocortisone cream. please advise me about my health condition. am very worried, stressed and i can't go to work due to fear of the embarrassment.
