Hello, I am a 23 year old male. I observed few red spots over glans penis 2 days ago on June 23rd. And today it has slightly erupted like blisters &.I have not circumcised & I am a virgin. I do mastubate every other day at least. I returned after a picnic on 22nd June. I cleaned perinium with tap water there which may be unhygienic. I don t have any previous history of reproductive system related diseases. What it may be? I am having no pain, itching or discomfort.
