What Causes Red Spots On Thigh During BP And Cholesterol Medication?

I am on blood pressure and cholesterol medications. I just came in from sitting outside in the sun and noticed through my clothing on my leg I have what looks like red mottled on my upper thigh. No where else. Could I have a sensitivity to sun from being on medications ?

Some drugs like ACE inhibitors and sulpha group of drugs have photosensitivity leading to rashes.Consult your doctor for change of drug.thank you
