What Causes Red Spots On Arms And Shoulders After Taking Migraine Medicine?

A couple days ago I got a really bad migraine. I had it for 2 days couldn t keep anything down and I would get dizzy when I stood up. No diarrhea or anything just the severe headache nausea and vomiting The doctor didnt really tell me much just gave me some scripts. My headache is better come and goes but not as severe but now im getting these red spots on my arms and shoulders. What are they?

These red spots may be due to subcutaneous bleeding caused by n s a i d drugs which are used during migraine, but to confirm that, I need to see the red spots. But nothing to worry because this will resolve in its own.
