What Causes Red Spots In Throat?

My three year old daughter has had red spots in the back of her throat of about three weeks. There is no pain and was on antibiotics for a double ear infection and what they thought was strep. The strep test came back negative and she's done the antibiotics but the spots are still there. What is wrong?

It may be an erythematous candidiasis an opportunistic infection after antibiotics. Please consult your ENT specialist, and need to apply candid mouth paste.
