What Causes Red Eyes With White Discharge And Floating Spots In Vision?
For about a year now my family of 4 have had red eyes and white stuff build up in our eyes while we sleep also my eyes have what appear to be floaters spots and strings in them. My eyes are the worst but we all have the same problem we have been to doctors several times but it has never went away.

It seems from the history that 4 members of your family are having red eyes with discharge. This indicates infective conjunctivitis and since it spreads by close contact it has affected all the members of the family. The floating spots may indicate infiltrations over cornea as in viral infections.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and artificial tears eye drops.
