I noticed what seems to be a clear water blister on the tip of my foreskin and was wondering if it is serious. I had it for a long time like years and I m 20 now and I think I remember having it from when I was 12-14 age. It Doenst hurt to the touch and doesn t itch at all. It has what looks like a red colored line gojg around it and down the shaft. I never had sex until I was 18. Please let me know what you think
